Very aromatic with a light golden color. Seductive aromas of pear, apple, apricot, and ginger with rich and round flavors of Bartlett pear, apple, and notes of honey. Balanced mouthfeel with bright acidity. Creamy textured and full-bodied with a lingering finish.
Our Viognier grapes are pressed whole berry, creating richer expressive fruit flavors while preserving the delicate floral flavors. A slow neutral oak barrel fermentation followed by extended aging on the fermentation lees helps bring the aromas and flavors into balance. The idea behind this wine is to create an aromatic, romantic wine with elegance using tried and true old world techniques.
Aging: 9 Months in 100% neutral oak, 50% French & 50% EU
