Our 2021 Linen Rosé is copper in color delivering watermelon, white peach, rose petal, and pink grapefruit aromas. Fresh, balanced acidity with flavors of strawberry, white raspberry, watermelon, honeydew, and cotton candy.
Our favorite foods with this wine are: roasted carrot, veggie rice bowl, grilled salmon or with a creamy blue cheese charcuterie platter on the patio!
Aging: Stainless steel fermented and aged 4 months
