Our Viognier grapes were pressed whole berry, creating richer, expressive fruit flavors while preserving the delicate floral flavors. Extended aging on the lees leads to creaminess helping to bring the aromas and flavors into balance. The Idea behind this wine is to create an aromatic, romantic wine with elegance using tried and true old-world techniques.
This is our Estate grown and bottled Viognier from Bergevin Springs Vineyard. Very aromatic with a pale straw color. Aromas of honey, honeysuckle, and citrus with flavors of pear, green apple, bright and fresh with balanced acidity. Everyone is Love-Struck with our Viognier and if you aren't you should be!
Aging: 12 Months in 100% Neutral Oak, 80% French & 20% EU
