2018 Dreamweaver Malbec

Malbec is generally a very versatile wine! It is fruity, peppery, medium to full-bodied and pairs well with all kinds of food. Our malbec is just like that and it's going fast. Typically, Cab Franc has a green pepper note to it but our Franc is different. Lush rich dark berries, vanilla notes, and smooth tannins, it's easy to drink and great for any occasion! Petit Verdot is typically blending grape in Bordeaux due to it's color, high tannins, and floral notes but here in Washington that warm sun delivers lush, black fruit entertwined with rich tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Notes: Opaque purple in color with dark berries, earthy notes, and wet stone on the nose. Flavors of black cherry, blackberry, black pepper, red plum, segue into notes of vanilla and a silky, chocolatey, dark berry finish. Integrated, medium bodied tannins with a hint of toasted oak and balanced acidity.

20% Merlot

Notes: Deep dark ruby color with baking spices, dark fruit, bramble, and toast on the nose. On the palate, plush ripe raspberry, blackberry, cocoa, vanilla, and a hint of chalky gravel. Medium to high acidity with youthful tannins.

Notes: Opaque in color with aromas of violets, dark fruit, and pepper. A bold and full-bodied wine with medium plus acidity. Balanced with rich flavors of black cherry, plum, marionberry, pepper, gravel, and hints of cacao. Bold tannins with a lengthy finish.
