Only three barrels were selected for our Petit Verdot passion project. Hand picked and sorted, lightly crushed and fermented. After fermentation, the "free run" juice was aged in barrel.
Tasting notes
Dark ruby in color with aromas of violets, earth, and cocoa. A medium plus bodied wine with balanced acidity incorporates flavors of violets, black cherry, raspberry, cocoa, cinnamon, and red plum. Integrated tannins with a lengthy finish.
Aging: 20 Months in 34% New French oak and 66% Neutral Oak
