Tasting notes
Inky purple in color with aromas of violets and blueberry. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine to fully deliver on the nose! A medium plus bodied wine with balanced acidity incorporates flavors of violets, lilac, blueberry, and a light minerality.
Our favorite foods with this wine are: Grilled ribeye with blue cheese crumbles, blackberry cobbler
