Tasting notes
The Linen Red is refined and elegant, priced for every day drinking. Fermented in small lots using tradional techniques. Linen is aged for 19 months in small oak barrels.    Crimson in color with aromas of blueberry, raspberry, spice and toasted oak. Our grape varietals are vinified separately and then blended prior to bo-ling, relying on taste and texture. Smooth and lush, this medium bodied blend has bright acidity with flavors of blueberry, cherry, strawberry, & spice. Pairs well with friends, a good movie, pork tenderloin, prime rib or your favorite pizza!
